Register An Account

To register your customer as an exclusive, please fill out the form below. Exclusivity expires 3 months after the account is confirmed but can be renewed. A visit to the customer’s facility and a discussion about a particular application is required in order to register an exclusive account. Since in-person visits are limited due to COVID-19, a discussion will suffice.
